HVAC and Lighting upgrades to Life Skills & Cafeteria, duct layout with fire rated diffusers/return grilles was designed for the cafeteria. HVAC in the classroom was upgraded to meet the current building code requirements.

Design of the mechanical & electrical systems for a new 18000 sq. fire station that include heating, cooling, ventilation as well as power, lighting and emergency power. Building automation system was designed to control the operation of the mechanical systems.
McMaster University – UTS
Design of mechanical and electrical systems to convert a church to a computer labs to house 200 students, HVAC upgrades, lighting and power upgrades to the building. Power for the computer outlets was provided through underfloor trench duct feeders. HVAC of the building revised to meet the current code requirements and energy conservations features added to improve the energy performance of the building.
